Public Rights of Way (PRoW) in St Buryan & Lamorna Parish are managed in partnership with Cornwall Council, this is called a Local Maintenance Partnership (LMP). The criteria for the number of cuts each footpath or bridleway gets is on the Cornwall Council website here.
The PRoW that the contractor we hire cuts can be seen on this map:

We receive a schedule for cuts each year with our contractor uses to make the correct number of cuts to the correct PRoW.
St Buryan & Lamorna Parish Council is responsible for ensuring that the PRoW is clear of soft vegetation (such as grass, nettles, etc.) and the landowner or Cornwall Council are responsible for clearing ‘hard’ materials such as overhanging branches and obstructions. These types of issues should be reported to Cornwall Council directly via their REPORT IT PAGE.
